Convert theme to a more generic one

Description

Change theme and content to make it more generic, removing 'fedora' from it, in order for other projects to adopt it more easily.

The current Fedora theme can remain in a downstream repo or on a separate branch.

Fixed in r343.

References to Fedora have been removed and all stylesheets now are now local.
