aka. eat our own dogfood.

Currently the biggest Transifex instance is Fedora's (translate.fedoraproject.org), so we can allow Fedora's community there to send translations to Transifex. Since this is highly project-specific, the best approach is probably hosting these translations downstream at fedorahosted.org/transifex and sync often.

Should do it asap.
